I thought we had a bedbug situation at my house therefore, I decided to call a few companies to get some estimates and to learn about the process. The first company I called asked me to send some pictures and they believed that we did have bedbugs and wanted to schedule something right away. I then proceeded to call AC Pest and luckily I spoke with Jim who was extremely helpful. He took time to explain the process and gave me some background information, and when I was describing my situation, he first wanted to confirm that we had bed bugs before spending any money to fix it.

Ricky was so helpful and professional. Solved all our problems so quickly. Very satisfied with the service and would highly recommend.
