Wonderful company, very friendly and quick to reply and respond to any concerns. We have a pet and their product is safe for animals in the home. We had crickets... after their help, they are gone. Now, it's all preventative measures.

Sent his son over for a secondary inspection placing traps on the interior and exterior. Have not heard any noises since!
